Yes. We set up the program and provide the documentation general contractors and project owners ask for: the written policy, the pool enrollment, and the screening records.
Do we need DOT testing if only some of our crew holds CDLs?
Your CDL drivers fall under FMCSA rules and need a DOT pool; the rest of the crew is covered by your company policy in a non-DOT pool. We run both, with collections at the site trailer or the yard.
