- Breath alcohol testing by qualified Breath Alcohol Technicians, with any result of 0.02 or higher reported by our technician directly to the employer's DER, never through a partner or through PSI as an intermediary (49 CFR 40.255, 40.355)

Complete paperwork. Complete, legible custody-and-control forms are the standard we hold on every collection, the quiet metric that decides whether a collection partner is worth keeping.
Collectors on staff. Qualified collectors employed by PSI, several bilingual in English and Spanish, dispatched by an office with decades of employer work.
Standing you can check. PSI has never been subject to a public interest exclusion under 49 CFR Part 40 Subpart R, and our collectors and technicians can produce their qualification documentation on request (49 CFR 40.33, 40.213).
Records that move when you say so. Under 49 CFR 40.349(f) a service agent must transfer the records it holds for an employer on request, at no more than administrative cost, and under 40.355(n) it may not delay a testing document over a payment dispute.
A partnership running today
A large national TPA runs its New Jersey collections through PSI today. They keep the C/TPA role, their MRO relationship, and the reporting to their clients; we run the scheduling and the collections statewide. The relationship has held for years on the strength of completed collections and clean paperwork.
