The PSI program

Your whole program, under one roof.

PSI runs the whole thing with you, DOT and non-DOT, from the written policy to the file an auditor opens, with one administrator who answers the phone. You remain the employer of record and accountable to DOT for the program (49 CFR 40.11); we run the work so that responsibility is easy to carry.

  • 49 CFR 40.11
  • DOT AND NON-DOT
  • ALL NJ COUNTIES

The program, start to finish

What runs year-round

  • Both pools, the DOT pool and a non-DOT pool for the rest of your staff
  • MRO verification on DOT drug tests, as Part 40 requires
  • Clearinghouse C/TPA designation, queries, and reporting
  • Collectors who are PSI employees, not subcontractors, qualified as both urine collectors and Breath Alcohol Technicians
  • A support line answered by people who know your program

Also offered

For drivers, the return-to-duty program keeps its own private, judgment-free front door. For an employed driver the process still runs through the employer's DER, as the rule requires; for an owner-operator, PSI can be the C/TPA the rule tells you to designate.
